Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to excel in this key role. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers proactively to provide excellent service and support, addressing their queries and resolving issues efficiently with a focus on retention and growth.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate degree in any field is mandatory.
  • Languages: English and Hindi proficiency are required, while additional languages like Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada / Assamese / Odia / Bengali / Gujarati can be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi with no MTI/RTI, grammatical, or pronunciation errors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferred experience in Insurance and/or customer-facing sales roles.

Benefits:

  • Shift: Rotational Shifts (Female employees – day shifts until 8 PM; Male employees – full rotational shifts).
