The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching at the graduate level and coordinating programs.

Qualifying Criteria:

  • A Ph.D. with First Class in Business Management or Administration is required.
  • Minimum 10 SCI publications in peer-reviewed journals and a research score of 120 are also necessary.
  • Experience as an Associate Professor or Senior Managerial experience in a large organization is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Published work of high quality, including books, research periodicals, and patents.
  • Actively engaged in research and consulting projects.

Qualifying Criteria - Associate Professor:

  • A Ph.D. with First Class in Business Management or Administration is required.
  • Minimum 7 SCI publications in peer-reviewed journals and a research score of 75 are necessary.
  • Post-Ph.D. experience and managerial experience in industry are preferred.

Qualifying Criteria - Assistant Professor:

  • A Master's Degree in Business Management or Administration with at least 55% is required.
  • Minimum 2 SCI publications in peer-reviewed journals are necessary.
  • Desirable: Ph.D. with 2 years' experience and published work.
