Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and energetic business development associate to join our team in Visakhapatnam, India. This role combines sales execution and strategic contribution, offering a unique opportunity for growth and development.


Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Client Engagement:
    • Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
    • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office space options.
    • Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
    • Represent LogiSpace professionally in all client and operator interactions.
  • Strategy & Business Growth:
    • Work with the leadership team to create strategies for stronger LogiSpace presence in Mumbai and Visakhapatnam.
    • Suggest ideas and directions for still and video creatives that can boost digital lead generation.
    • Recommend sales conversation strategies to improve client engagement and closure rates.
    • Contribute to team expansion strategies in Mumbai and Visakhapatnam, including inputs on hiring and scaling business operations.
    • Suggest revenue-enhancement strategies to maximize profitability from the market.
    • Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and innovative business development approaches.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi.
  • Confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings.
  • Willingness to travel across cities for site visits.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Creative thinker who can contribute ideas for marketing, sales strategies, and business growth.
