Job Opportunity:

Are you an IT expert looking for a new challenge? We have the perfect role for you as a remote Information Technology Support Technician.

You will be responsible for providing technical support, managing desktop computers, troubleshooting issues, supporting printers, and conducting computer repairs. You will also handle technical queries, maintain system performance, and ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to employees and stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and other IT equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Support printers, scanners, and other multifunction devices
  • Conduct routine computer repairs and maintenance
  • Maintain system performance, security, and backup processes
  • Develop and implement efficient IT solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Familiarity with cloud-based services and tools
  • Certifications in ITIL or CompTIA A+ are a plus
