Commercial Real Estate Business Developer

We are seeking a dynamic professional with at least 2 years of prior corporate experience who is eager to build a career in commercial real estate.
This role involves assisting the Commercial Vertical Head in day-to-day operations, client meetings, and strategy discussions. The successful candidate will undergo training on all aspects of commercial real estate including deal structuring, leasing models, market trends, and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the team in site inspections and visits within Bengaluru to showcase properties to potential clients.
- Engage in business development activities including following up on leads, networking, and maintaining client relationships.
- Build and maintain rapport with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders such as brokers, consultants, and developers.
- Support in deal closures, preparation of proposals, and documentation.
- Represent the company professionally and fluently in English during meetings and client interactions.
The ideal candidate should be open to travel within the city for meetings and field visits.
