Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for supporting Business and Service Lines in sales activities, driving efforts to secure orders from internal and external customers, and setting the general framework for price negotiations. You will also prepare offer calculations, including profitability analysis, and support contract negotiations with customers.
You will act as an interface between customer, finance, and business, while being the key account to customers for financial queries. Additionally, you will direct the finance back-office support functions to ensure proficient preparation of contracts/POs and timely billing based on actual BVIs.
You will be involved in driving forward finance digitalization topics across the organization and support the execution of various support functions, including audit, risk management, and compliance. You will interact cooperatively with all stakeholders both within and outside of GBS and manage third-party relationships as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting and controlling, combined with knowledge in Service/Product/Systems/IT/Software or Shared Services industry.
- University degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA, and/or MBA preferable.
- High analytical competence, high level of commitment, focus on results, confident manner, and assertiveness.
- Experience with commercial bid management, contract management, legal terms & conditions, sales business administration tasks, and commercial project management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and experience with commercial SAP applications as well as Siemens-specific tools and solutions.
