Job Opportunity:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our Mobile Banking projects.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the Banking/ Fintech/IT sector, with at least 4 years of exposure to Mobile banking & Internet banking projects / programs, and a minimum of 3 years of Banking sector experience.
  • Proficiency in Project management tools and Mobile App release mechanisms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks.
  • Comprehensive understanding of banking products, digital channels (especially Mobile and Internet Banking) and services.
  • Able to comprehend application architecture.
  • Hands-on experience as a Project Manager - Ability to manage more than one project simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with DevOps (CICD) and experience working on cloud and microservices-based projects.
  • PMP /Scrum/Prince 2 certifications

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of the Mobile Banking project, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project activities including meetings, documentation, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and change management activities across departments.
  • Arrange and oversee training sessions for staff and end-users.
  • Deliver regular project updates and presentations to senior management and steering committees.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies as appropriate to project needs.
