Job Title: Voice Process Executive

As a Voice Process Executive at Komal Hr Services, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone calls, emails, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, providing accurate and complete information about products or services.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions, resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as required.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the organization, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Follow-up and Feedback: Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve service quality.
