We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Implementation Specialist to lead and manage Siebel CRM projects, ensuring seamless system configuration, customization, and integration. This role requires expert-level support, solution design for CRM transformation projects, and collaboration with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Spearhead Siebel CRM projects, including setup, tailoring, and interfacing.
  • Technical Support: Provide high-level technical assistance and troubleshooting for Siebel CRM applications.
  • Solution Design: Develop and implement solutions for CRM migration projects, focusing on transitions from Siebel to other CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business partners to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Conduct thorough system testing, user training, and documentation to ensure smooth project delivery.
Essential Skills
  • A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Siebel CRM systems.
  • Experience in CRM transformation projects, particularly migrations to Salesforce, is strongly desired.
  • Strong grasp of CRM processes and industry best practices.
  • Certifications in Siebel CRM or Salesforce are a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
