Job Title: Assistant Manager – HR Operations

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our HR operations team. This role will oversee the management of core HR functions, including employee life cycle management, onboarding, induction, and HR operations for large-scale organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage HR operations processes across the employee life cycle for large workforce groups.
  2. Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee ID creation ensuring seamless integration of new hires.
  3. Drive compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and HR best practices.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employee engagement and query resolution.
  5. Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting for decision-making.
  6. Work closely with leadership to streamline HR operational excellence and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of HR Operations experience, preferably in large-scale organizations.
  • Hands-on expertise in induction, onboarding, employee database management, and employee ID processes.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, statutory compliance, and operational frameworks.
  • Excellent people management, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume HR operations for 5000+ employees.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
