Service Delivery Specialist

The Order Processing Executive role requires an individual to process equipment, media, and consumables orders received through manual or online platforms in defined ERP systems. The selected candidate will interface with internal teams to ensure product delivery while maintaining communication accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:- Creation of manual or shop carestream orders in SAP/C4C with accurate invoicing parameters.
- Handling customer inquiries/complaints and escalating complex issues.
- Maintaining perfect order fulfillment (POF) in every order and following processes for accurate readiness dates (RDD).
- Monitoring invoicing and timely delivery at customer sites.
- Releasing orders from credit hold in collaboration with the credit team.
- Removing order blocks requiring close coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Creating internal/demo orders with channel partners/sales teams.
- Interacting with sales operations, supply chain, and warehouse teams for product availability and informing customers on order status.
- Creating financial documents in SAP as per business case.
- Collecting relevant documents from logistics and customers to trigger invoicing.
- Working closely with field teams and sales operations to resolve issues not within BOC's immediate scope.
- Managing customer claims on defective products in SAP and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Maintaining relevant documentation for submission as per audit needs.
- Participating in morning market calls, governance calls, and logging complaints in designated databases.
- Raising CIMR requests and generating proforma invoices.
