We are seeking an expert in SAP Security to join our team as a Senior SAP Security Consultant.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, configuring and maintaining SAP security roles, profiles and authorizations across ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori and BW.

  • You will manage user provisioning, access requests and license assignments using SAP Identity Management (IDM).
  • You will apply position-based access control models where appropriate.
  • You will maintain Firefighter (FF) access via SAP GRC 12.
  • You will ensure compliance with internal policies, segregation of duties (SoD) requirements and audit controls.
  • You will troubleshoot and resolve SAP authorization issues, IDM provisioning problems and SAP cloud access challenges.
  • You will support security aspects of system maintenance, upgrades, migrations and new project implementations.
  • You will monitor SAP security logs, identify potential risks and take proactive action.
  • You will collaborate with functional, technical and audit teams to deliver secure and compliant SAP solutions.
  • You will prepare and maintain security documentation, reports and training materials.
  • You will lead and manage large-scale SAP Security design and restructuring projects.

Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of SAP security design principles and role architecture.
  • Expertise in SoD risk identification and remediation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects in large-scale SAP environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in SAP Security, including role design, GRC and IDM.
  • Experience with security in ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori and related SAP environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based SAP security (e.g., SAP BTP).
  • SAP security certifications (highly regarded).
