We're seeking a talented Strategic Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-priority projects from initiation to delivery. You will work closely with our leadership team to translate strategic priorities into actionable projects and own key problem statements end-to-end.

You will be responsible for building business cases, running fast experiments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and scale initiatives. Additionally, you will redesign, document, and continuously improve key workflows for efficiency and scalability.

Requirements
  • Educational background – Graduation from top tier institutions.
  • Experience (1–2 years) – Preference for management consulting background, or heavy problem solving roles in early stage start-ups.
  • Skillsets:
    • Problem solving & strategic thinking: Ability to break down unstructured problems, think in first principles, and design scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset: bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and resilience to setbacks.
    • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with scrappy execution.
    • Data Fluency: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
    • Ownership & Multitasking: High sense of accountability, ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously, and bias for action in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong communication skills: Can articulate ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, and synthesize insights.
