We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis professional with a strong background in corporate finance, financial reporting, or similar fields.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements and Management Information Systems (MIS) compliant with Indian Accounting Standards
  • Support consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and audit processes by working closely with the finance team
  • Perform variance analysis to identify key business drivers and provide insights for informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tax, Treasury, and Business Units to drive strategic insights and excellence in reporting
  • Develop and present board decks, dashboards, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for leadership review
  • Drive improvements in reporting systems, processes, and compliance to enhance business performance
Requirements:
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–7 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with SAP experience being an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with various teams
  • Detailed knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, financial reporting, and audit processes
