Path Law Group Immigration Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled immigration specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, ability to manage a complex caseload, and elite prioritization skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a full caseload of employment-based immigration cases, including drafting, reviewing, and editing high-volume NIV/IV cases with a focus on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B. They will also be required to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with clients throughout the visa process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and edit high-volume NIV/IV cases with a focus on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B.
  • Independently manage a large caseload while collaborating with inter-firm teams to ensure efficiency and quality of work.
  • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with clients throughout the visa process.
  • Report to legal teams and managers regarding case progression and status.
  • Liaise with government organizations including USCIS, CBP, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor.
  • Support lawyers in procuring evidence, preparing supplementary documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations and submission deadlines.
  • Showcase strategic acumen and initiative in relation to case assignments and pinpoint delays in the process.
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and responses to RFEs.
  • Maintain accurate records and track cases consistently as per firm policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least three years of immigration experience with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As.
  • A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
