Job Opportunity

The Vice President of Human Resources and Administration plays a pivotal role in leading the company's HR and admin functions in India. This strategic position oversees the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's vision and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR and administration strategies and policies in India to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Manage and monitor HR and admin strategies to ensure alignment with group business objectives, including resource planning, talent acquisition, performance management, reward and retention programs, employee training and development, and general administration support.
  • Design and execute innovative talent acquisition processes to drive diversity and inclusion, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Lead workforce planning to ensure staffing levels align with business needs and projections, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee recruitment strategy to ensure timely and effective hiring solutions.
Talent Acquisition Strategies:
  • Lead and manage a team of internal recruiters across APAC to support all hiring activities, collaborating closely with stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions, ensuring operational excellence in recruitment processes and strategies.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 20 years of solid experience in Human Resources, including talent acquisition and office administration functions, with at least 5 years at managerial level.
  • Sound knowledge of Indian employment ordinances and other statutory requirements.
  • Prior experience in data center/telecom field with regional and HR department setup exposure is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with working in cross-cultural environments and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, as well as multi-tasking, fast-paced, detail-oriented, and organized abilities.
