As an HR Partner, you will play a pivotal role in managing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and delivering a consistently exceptional employee experience. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving engagement and aligning people strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the employee lifecycle from joining to exit, providing a consistent and seamless experience.
- Sense and respond to employee sentiment in real-time, utilizing listening mechanisms and feedback to enhance the overall Employee Experience.
- Execute high-impact HR interventions across performance, rewards, learning, and talent management.
- Resolve employee grievances, foster strong connections, and ensure adherence to disciplinary protocols.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Rewards) to deliver best-in-class people solutions.
- Emotional Intelligence: Manage your emotions and understand others', leading to better relationship management and conflict resolution.
- Confidentiality and Trustworthiness: Maintain trust by handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Empathy: Understand and relate to employee needs and concerns, ensuring positive experiences.
