Job Title: HR Partner

As an HR Partner, you will play a pivotal role in managing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and delivering a consistently exceptional employee experience. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving engagement and aligning people strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the employee lifecycle from joining to exit, providing a consistent and seamless experience.
  • Sense and respond to employee sentiment in real-time, utilizing listening mechanisms and feedback to enhance the overall Employee Experience.
  • Execute high-impact HR interventions across performance, rewards, learning, and talent management.
  • Resolve employee grievances, foster strong connections, and ensure adherence to disciplinary protocols.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Rewards) to deliver best-in-class people solutions.
