Job Title: Workforce Optimization Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to optimize our workforce management systems.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring and supporting payroll functionalities within a leading HR platform.

As a subject matter expert, you will ensure our timekeeping and payroll processes are efficient, accurate and fully compliant with Australian legislation.

  • Configure and enhance payroll modules including Timekeeping and Scheduling.
  • Design and implement complex pay rules, work rules, accruals and scheduling policies aligned with Australian Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll and Operations to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
  • Conduct unit, integration and user acceptance testing of rules to guarantee payroll accuracy.
  • Manage integrations between the HR platform and external Australian payroll platforms.
  • Provide expert-level functional support during and after implementation, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
  • Develop user training materials and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on configuration and implementation experience with leading HR platforms.
  • Proven expertise in configuring payroll modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll, award interpretation and Fair Work compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience integrating leading HR platforms with major Australian payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
