Job Overview

The primary objective of this position is to design, deploy and configure Workforce Optimization platforms in multiple environments.

  • Develop best practice implementation processes
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Provide technical support for Workforce Optimization Implementation tasks
Key Responsibilities

As a skilled engineer, your key duties will include:

  • Extracting business requirements from clients
  • Possessing a strong command of Workforce Optimization technologies
  • Developing and reviewing implementation processes
Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of technical experience with Windows and Active Directory system administration is required. Key qualifications include:

  • Strong experience with Workforce Optimization, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU and Call Center practices
  • Knowledge of JAVA Enterprise and frameworks, app servers like Tomcat and JBoss, MS SQL database structure, administration and performance tuning
Preferred Qualifications

Desired qualifications include:

  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and network topology
  • Knowledge of Workforce Management or Analytics
  • VMware knowledge and Apache web servers and SSL certificates
Technical Skills

Required technical skills include:

  • Windows Server operating systems
  • Linux OS's and associated technologies
  • Workforce Optimization platforms
  • Java Enterprise and frameworks
