Job Title: Financial Operations Manager for Hotel Properties and Rental Apartments

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at College Place Apartments. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations across our hotel properties and rental apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Financial Operations: Take full ownership of overseeing the financial operations across our hotel properties and rental apartments, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Account Management: Manage daily financial transactions and ensure all income, expenses, and transactions are recorded correctly using Tally and QuickBooks.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and other reports as needed.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor costs, track budgets, and assist with forecasting for each business unit (hotel, rental properties).
  • Excel & Office Skills: Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) to manage data, create reports, and perform financial analysis.
  • Compliance & Audit Preparation: Ensure financial practices comply with regulations and assist in preparing for audits.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior accountants and management to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar role, preferably in the restaurant, hotel, or rental property sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in Tally and QuickBooks for accounting software management.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis) and Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate remotely with the team.
  • Detail-oriented and highly motivated to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of accounting experience in a similar industry (restaurant, hotel, or rental property) is preferred.
  • Experience with accounting and financial software (Tally, QuickBooks) is essential.
  • Prior experience working remotely is a plus.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹6,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 based on experience and qualifications.
