Oracle HCM Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM expert to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

About the Role:

  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their HR and payroll processes and gather requirements.
  2. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  3. Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business needs (Core HR, Recruitment, Talent and other modules).
  4. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
  5. Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
  6. Perform technical integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, and HDL/FDI.
  7. Manage data migrations and validations during implementations or upgrades.
  8. Perform unit, system, and user acceptance testing to validate configurations and developments.
  9. Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions.
  10. Provide post-implementation support and resolve incidents as per SLA.
  11. Deliver user training and documentation for HCM functionalities and enhancements.
  12. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify opportunities for system improvements.
  13. Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM updates, patches, and new features.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Expertise in HCM tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  2. Should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HDL, HSDL, Application Security, Workflows, Alerts and Notifications, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  3. Should have expertise in Data migration from Legacy system to cloud HCM, should be able to individually able to prepare data sheet and perform data loading.
  4. Experience with Oracle Cloud Integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP). Apex and ATP
  5. Develop Integrations between Fusion HCM and other platforms using OIC.
  6. Develop SaaS extensions using VBCS.
  7. Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and debugging tools.

Functional Skills:

  1. Strong understanding of HR business processes and workflows.
  2. Must have experience in Core HR, Recruitment and additionally knowledge of other modules (Absence, Payroll, Talent).
  3. Experience in Security roles and Privileges, AOR.
  4. Good to have exposure on Compensation Work force and HR Help desk and Employee Engagement Modules.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM as a Techno-Functional Consultant.
