Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

">Hiring for Expert Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking an exceptional Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. This role will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for clients.

  • Implement and configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Absence, Time Labor, and other relevant functionalities.
  • Provide expert-level consulting services to clients on the effective use of Oracle Cloud HCM features and functionality.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to clients on Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure timely delivery of projects.

To succeed in this role, you will need a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM functionality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in functional areas of work with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Absence, Time Labor, and other relevant functionalities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
