End-to-End HCM Deployment Expert

The ideal candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of Oracle HCM module deployments, ensuring seamless integration and digital adoption across the organization. This role involves driving process improvements by managing a team of consultants and working closely with stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deployment Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end deployment, updating, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM modules globally.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • Configuration & Customization: Oversee configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides, plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training, and support for HR professionals and other business users.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement.
  • Process Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.
  • 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.
