**Job Title:** Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and responding to their needs promptly
  • Listen attentively to customers' preferences and requirements
  • Display and showcase products in an attractive manner to drive sales and increase revenue
  • Entice customers to purchase products by highlighting their features and benefits
  • Discuss services and products offered by the store, educating customers on what we offer
  • Provide product information, including pricing details and specifications to ensure informed purchasing decisions
  • Demonstrate product usage and operation to build trust with customers
  • Assist customers with wrapping and bagging their purchases efficiently and accurately
  • Acquire customer details and create customer codes for future reference
  • Process transactions quickly and accurately while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

**Requirements:**

  • Degree/Diploma or equivalent in any stream is preferred
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes is essential
  • Knowledge of sales principles and techniques is required
  • Relevant product knowledge is necessary to provide accurate information to customers
  • Experience in retail, customer service, or sales environments is highly valued
