Job Title: Senior Cost Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Cost Estimator to play a key role in our project analysis, cost estimation, and planning processes. This individual will be instrumental in conducting thorough project analysis, performing quantity takeoffs, and assessing potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project requirements, specifications, and scope by reviewing project plans and other relevant documentation.
  • Calculate project costs, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors, using industry knowledge, historical data, and supplier quotes.
  • Develop pricing strategies and prepare competitive bids or proposals for clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and evaluate potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project cost, timeline, or resources.

Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical skills for project requirements and documentation.
  • Expertise in cost estimation and quantity takeoff.
  • Knowledge of project pricing and bidding strategies.
  • Ability to conduct risk assessment and account for uncertainties in estimates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Construction, Engineering, or Project Management.
