Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage distribution operations, ensuring accurate order processing, maintaining key performance indicators, and managing escalations and goods receipt notes/returns to value.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and verifying incoming orders, inputting order details into the system accurately, monitoring and tracking order status from entry to delivery and goods receipt discrepancies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize order processing and delivery processes, ensuring responsiveness to communication, addressing quality-related concerns or deviations, maintaining accurate records of orders, invoices, and related documents, generating reports on order processing performance and sharing insights with management, identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing best practices, and coordinating with channel partners for returns and related operations alignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Input order details into the system accurately.
  • Monitor and track order status from entry to delivery and GRN discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize order processing and delivery processes.
  • Ensure responsiveness to communications.
  • Address quality-related concerns or deviations.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and related documents.
  • Generate reports on order processing performance and share insights with management.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices.
  • Coordinate with channel partners for RTV and related operations alignments.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in order processing, e-commerce operations, or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and order tracking tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and writing skills.
