Job Title: Linux Software Repository Maintainer

We are seeking a skilled professional to maintain the integrity and efficiency of our software repository.

This role requires expertise in managing updates, upgrades, and patches for various software components. Key responsibilities include tracking software dependencies, creating and managing software patches, maintaining changelogs, and providing bug fixes using GDB for debugging purposes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Linux, bash scripting, C, and Python programming languages. Proficiency in working with build system tools like autotools, meson, ninja, cmake, make, pkg-config, scons is also required. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with upstream developers to resolve issues are essential.

Able to stay current with CVEs and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of Slackware Linux is advantageous but not necessary, as candidates with experience in other distributions will also be considered.
