We're looking for a technical expert to join our Edge Engineering team. This team focuses on Internet-edge technologies such as traffic steering, DNS, TLS, L4/7 proxies, CDN, RUM and web performance.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about edge domain technologies and believe that software automation is key to operating large-scale systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the overall health, performance, and capacity of one or more Internet-facing services.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of complex applications and assist in roll-out and ramp-up of new product features and technologies.
  • Develop tools to improve deployment and monitoring of custom applications in Linux environments.
  • Function well in fast-paced, rapidly-changing environments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years experience with Unix/Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
  • 5+ years coding experience in programming languages like Rust, Go, Python, Perl, Ruby etc.
