Job Title: Platform Reliability Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Platform Reliability Engineer.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain infrastructure stability across middle-office and operations applications.
  • Lead incident triage, root cause analysis, and communication, focusing on problem management.
  • Partner with regional teams to drive technical and functional initiatives.
  • Identify and eliminate manual support tasks through automation, developing tools for deployment, management, and service visibility.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining the reliability of our front-to-back technology infrastructure.
  2. Leading incident response and root cause analysis.
  3. Developing tools for automation and improving system visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in programming with Python, Go, C/C++, or C#.
  • Strong foundation in computing fundamentals—data structures, algorithms, and software design.

Familiarity with open-source platforms such as Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, and Elasticsearch is desirable.
