Job Opportunity

Objective: We seek an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and execute projects, providing technical expertise and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineering execution of multiple projects with complex technical requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve project efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering management or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of DCS/Safety System/PLC/RTU HW engineering, software development, FAT, commissioning, and SAT.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Foxboro DCS, Triconex Safety System, M580/Quantum/M340 PLC System, and other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with Foxboro Control Software, Control HMI, IACC, FoxDraw/FoxView, Wonderware System Platform/InTouch.
  • Knowledge of MCC Field Instruments and soft communication protocols like Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RS485, Profibus, DNP3.0, Profinet, Ethernet IP.
