Senior Project Lead
  • To guarantee project success, we need a seasoned leader to oversee initiation, planning, execution, control and completion. This individual will guide team members on technical aspects, conduct reviews of technical documents and artefacts.
  • Project development, production support and maintenance activities are under the direct supervision of this role. Ensuring timely completion of timesheets and invoicing processes is crucial. The customer interface for the project should be proactively managed, addressing issues before they escalate.
  • A key responsibility is creating functional and technical specification documents. Tracking open tickets/incidents in queue and allocating them to resources while ensuring timely closure is essential. Analysts must adhere to SLA s/KPI s/OLA s.
  • We encourage all delivery team members to continuously seek ways to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • This position ensures the project remains compliant with software quality processes and meets timelines. It involves reviewing functional and technical specification documents and serving as the single point of contact between the team and stakeholders.
  • Fostering teamwork, motivating, mentoring, and developing subordinates is vital. Providing application production support according to established process/RACI Matrix is also necessary.
