Senior PR Manager

We are seeking an accomplished public relations professional to collaborate with our client partners across the Beauty and Hospitality sectors in our Gurugram office.

About the Role
  • A minimum of 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in public relations is required.
  • In-depth knowledge and well-established connections with relevant feature media and bloggers are essential.
  • Expertise in creating content and business communication that fosters and enhances strong, sophisticated brand identities is crucial.
Responsibilities
  1. Client Servicing: Developing and nurturing relationships with respective clients
    • Designing, developing, and implementing effective PR strategies for brands within the industry of choice.
    • Driving high-impact news coverage (stories, interviews, and other formats)
  2. Strong Media Relations and Influencer Marketing
    • Building, maintaining, and enhancing new or existing relationships with media personnel (journalists).
    • Generating opportunities in media for various client coverage, stories, media dialogues, and interviews.
  3. Content Creation: Master of Communication
    • Developing content or a business communiqué that builds and bolsters strong, sophisticated brand identities.
  4. Team Management Skills: Handling a team of 5-7 and the ability to support teams
    • Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
    • Setting clear team goals.
    • Delegating tasks and setting deadlines.
    • Overseeing day-to-day operations.
