The selected candidate will be responsible for testing and validating the functionality of our CRM system, ensuring it meets the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing and validation of CRM system functionality
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
  • Identification and resolution of defects and issues
  • Providing feedback and recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in CRM testing and validation
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016/2015/365
  • Familiarity with TOSCA automation tool
  • Full lifecycle implementation experience
  • Functional consulting experience (4–8 years)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • SSRS reporting services expertise
  • Requirement documentation and user acceptance testing experience

Bonus Skills:

  • Dynamics 365 CE modules: Field Services, PSA
  • Power Platform: Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate (Flow)
  • Dynamics 365 Common Data Model understanding
  • CRM configuration and integration knowledge
