About the Role:
At Emeritus, we are seeking an exceptional Senior CRM Campaign Manager to join our team. This is a key position responsible for leading the creation and execution of customer relationship management (CRM) journeys and automations to boost customer conversion and promotional communications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM campaigns, experience working on SFMC CRM platform, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work directly with technical teams and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on set campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Innovate and identify opportunities to increase campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience in CRM campaigns in Ops functions at high-growth or technology companies.
- Experience working on SFMC CRM platform is highly preferred.
- Best-in-class communication and leadership skills.
