Job Title: Operations Network Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume a key role in the development and expansion of our ambulance network.

  1. Establish relationships with private ambulance operators to expand our service coverage.
  2. Develop and implement training programs for ambulance owners and staff on utilizing our mobile application for efficient trip management.
  3. Cultivate partnerships with call centers to ensure seamless communication for regular trips.
  4. Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from both operators and users to maintain financial stability.
  5. Negotiate favorable rates with operators for events or one-time trips.
  6. Maintain real-time monitoring of critical trip progress, especially those conducted outside of our main stations.
  7. Act as a liaison between users, call centers, and ambulance owners/staff to resolve any operational issues promptly.
  8. In cases where necessary, escalate complex issues to senior management for further action.
  9. Attend scheduled meetings and provide periodic updates on project activities.

To be successful in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to multitask efficiently, demonstrate adaptability to a dynamic startup environment, be available for Whatsapp and phone calls during business hours, own a laptop, and be proficient in multiple languages including English, Hindi, and Tamil.
