Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Drive improvements using data insights and implement automation where possible.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize business processes to reduce costs and improve productivity.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Workforce Management Coordination: Coordinate attendance, leave, and staffing requirements with the WFM team.
  • Coaching/Mentoring: Guide individuals or teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Team Engagement: Organize activities to promote a positive work environment.
  • Problem Solving: Break down problems, identify solutions, and take action to resolve issues.
  • Performance Metrics & Interpretation: Interpret data and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Effective Communication: Develop and deliver multi-mode communications.
  • Effective Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in BPO Operations Team handling, customer service, and people management.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and team building skills.
  • Ability to lead/manage others.
