US Mortgage Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled US Mortgage Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of a team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct day-to-day management, attendance, training, hiring, recruiting, and performance reviews for all team members
  • Ensure compliance with RESPA/TRID and other federal, state, and industry regulations
  • Interface professionally with clients, real estate agents, mortgage loan officers, and lenders
  • Elevate service levels for customers and ensure quality control of residential mortgage loans
  • Develop and implement coaching and training programs for staff
  • Monitor and oversee loan production pipeline and ensure KPI targets are met

Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge of mortgage industry regulations, including TRID guidelines
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good supervision, organization, and math skills
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment skill
  • Minimum 72-84 months of Mortgage Origination (Post Closing review, PQA etc) and Correspondent experience (End to End value chain) in US Home Loan products
