About us, a Global Supply Chain Intelligence SaaS Company headquartered in Palo-Alto, US.

We collect public and private data on global trade transactions, sanctioned parties, trade tariffs, ESG and other events using our proprietary algorithms.

Our company analyzes and performs advanced data processing on billions of data points (50Tb+) using technologies like Graph Databases, Vector Databases, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, NLP and Machine Learning (LLMs) to build end-to-end visibility on Global Supply Chains.

Job Overview

You will lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers.

You will oversee the execution of engineering projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and goals are met.

You will drive engineering best practices, architecture decisions, and code quality standards.

You will work closely with Product, Design, QA, and other stakeholders to align technical execution with business objectives.

You will conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback and career development support.

You will participate in hiring processes to attract and retain top engineering talent.

You will stay current with industry trends and advocate for the adoption of new tools and technologies that improve team productivity and code quality.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of backend software development experience, with strong expertise in Python and Django.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2+ years of people management or technical leadership experience.
  • Solid hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in AWS.
  • Proven success managing projects in an agile environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup or scale-up environment.
