Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers.

Research & Development
- Design, implement, and optimize deep learning and computer vision algorithms for tasks such as detection, segmentation, tracking, and recognition.
- Drive innovation in image analysis, AI-powered automation, and industrial inspection.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and publications in AI and vision technologies.
- Project Execution
- Translate business needs into AI-based solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end pipeline: data acquisition, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Ensure robustness, scalability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (data science, software, product).
- P present results to stakeholders, prepare technical reports, and support publications/patent filings.
- Represent the team in conferences, client meetings, and technical collaborations.
Required Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
- 5–10+ years of experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/mentorship role.
- Strong track record in developing and deploying deep learning models.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, and related libraries.
- Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms, and model optimization.
- Strong publication/patent record or deployment history.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in medical imaging, autonomous systems, robotics, or industrial inspection.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data management and annotation strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
