We are seeking an experienced Technology Transformation Leader to champion transformative initiatives that deliver impactful outcomes and elevate the employee experience.

About the Role:

This senior leadership position requires a visionary who can develop and implement robust measurement frameworks to assess and drive progress on complex, high-priority projects. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional collaboration to proactively address challenges on multifaceted initiatives, ensuring seamless stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strategic relationships to identify opportunities for innovation and deliver superior products and services.
  • Direct and mentor a dynamic team, managing individual performance through regular coaching, development planning, and navigating the complexities of a global, matrixed organization.
  • Effectively guide stakeholders through transformational change journeys by communicating strategies and driving adoption of new initiatives.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in technology project management or delivery management, including direct people management experience leading high-performing teams.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of technology project management or delivery management experience
  • 4+ years of direct people management experience, leading high-performing teams
  • 1+ years in transformation experience in people, process, or technology transformation
