About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and building core systems that power our homecare fulfillment operations.

  • They will develop and deploy AI/GenAI pipelines for automation, decision support, and caregiver workflows.
  • Own the lifecycle of large language models—fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, and scaling in production.
  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation across workflows and evaluate systems for compliance with HIPAA, SOC-2, and DPDP standards.
  • Raise technical contributions to code, architecture, and experimentation.
