Senior Computer Vision Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Computer Vision Engineer to join our Corporate Research team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to impactful research and translate cutting-edge technology into tangible solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement innovative computer vision algorithms for image and video analysis.
  • Collaborate with a team of researchers and engineers to push the boundaries of what's possible in areas such as autonomous systems and advanced manufacturing.
  • Evaluate, define, and improve software coding standards, tools, and platforms.
  • Debug code independently in large and complex source bases.

Qualifications:

  • BE/MS/M.Tech in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8 - 10 years of work experience.
  • Proven track records of developing and implementing innovative algorithms for image and video analysis.
  • Experience working in research environments.
  • Expertise on OpenCV, DLib, Numpy.
  • Awareness of Machine Learning concepts, hyperparameters tunning, metrics, and training methods.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent programming and rapid prototyping skills in Python.
  • Exposure to Object-Oriented Programming and Design, Data structures / Algorithms is a must.
  • Knowledge on any/all of the given concepts in Computer Vision - namely Image Classification, Object Detection, and Semantic Segmentation developed using state-of-the-art deep learning algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience in developing efficient and real-time convolution neural network models.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with GPU computing (CUDA, OpenCL), HPC, and should have hands-on experience in local GPU-Linux servers or cloud machine learning service providers like AWS, Azure, etc.
  • Strong Problem Solving & Communication skills.
  • Highly Motivated, Creative, and a Team player.
  • Responsible on taking ownership of modules/projects as well as contributing/collaborating the team with individual contributions.
