
Retail Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing retail sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through primary and secondary sales channels.
- Analyze business trends, competitor activity, and industry issues to understand their impact on sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement weekly promotions.
- Maximize retail sales and operating profit by exceeding customer expectations and delivering store standards.
- Oversee the implementation of company policies and procedures in stores.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as bills, walk-ins, average bill value, category penetration, and loyalty billing.
- Studying local competition to develop winning strategies.
- Plan and execute effective store sales and promotions.
- Conduct daily reviews of sales performance, stock positions, special events, and promotions.
- Work with visual merchandising and marketing teams to identify and implement seasonal themes.
- Supervise subordinate employees to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Maintain overall quality and day-to-day operations of the establishment.
- Promote and drive store KPIs to achieve targets.
- Strong understanding of business models, clients, and customer details.
- Able to analyze market trends and provide business solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
