Job Title: Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through primary and secondary sales channels.
  • Analyze business trends, competitor activity, and industry issues to understand their impact on sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement weekly promotions.
  • Maximize retail sales and operating profit by exceeding customer expectations and delivering store standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of company policies and procedures in stores.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as bills, walk-ins, average bill value, category penetration, and loyalty billing.
  • Studying local competition to develop winning strategies.
  • Plan and execute effective store sales and promotions.
  • Conduct daily reviews of sales performance, stock positions, special events, and promotions.
  • Work with visual merchandising and marketing teams to identify and implement seasonal themes.
  • Supervise subordinate employees to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  • Maintain overall quality and day-to-day operations of the establishment.
  • Promote and drive store KPIs to achieve targets.
