Job Title: Learning and Development ProfessionalAbout the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in designing and delivering behavioral training programs that enhance patient experience, service excellence, teamwork, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objectives, patient care standards, and industry trends.
  • Establish a structured learning roadmap for different employee levels, including frontline staff, support staff, and leadership teams.
  • Design and deliver behavioral, and leadership training programs for employees across all levels.
  • Implement onboarding behavioral training programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs for departmental heads, and high-potential employees.
  • Facilitate executive coaching programs for emerging and existing leaders across the network.
  • Establish training assessment metrics and conduct post-training evaluations to measure impact.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve program effectiveness.
  • Analyze training ROI and business impact to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Recommend development interventions for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Graduation/Post-graduation in any discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a service-related industry; contributed to or managed the end-to-end Learning and Development Function.
