Project Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our projects from initiation to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Job Position:

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in project management, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and coordinate resources, including staff, vendors, and contractors.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project progress, issues, and lessons learned.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing changes as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or engineering degree with a specialization in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics; a master's degree (MBA) is preferred.
  • Experience: 10-12 years of experience in project methodology, demonstrating a strong understanding of project management practices within the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Skills: SAP ERP Knowledge, Master Data Management Knowledge, Database Proficiency, Project Management Certification, Collaboration Tools, Communication Skills, Analytical Skills, Attention to Detail, Multi-tasking Ability, Global Collaboration, Organizational Skills, Leadership Ability, Team Orientation, Adaptability, Results-Driven.
