Frontend Developer - Career Development Platform

We're building a unified, interactive career guidance platform that leverages AI technology to empower students. Our multi-agent system breaks down complex learning paths into manageable milestones, providing a seamless, engaging, and scalable experience.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer (UI Lead), you will be responsible for leading UI development for our agentic platform, collaborating with backend and UX teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Translate wireframes and designs into polished, production-ready interfaces.
  • Define and enforce UI best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
  • Develop high-quality React components using Zustand and TailwindCSS.
  • Mentor junior developers and guide the overall front-end craft.
  • Explore and implement micro front-end architectures, including POCs for embedding low-code apps (e.g., Bubble) into React.
  • Integrate APIs and WebSockets to enable real-time agent interactions and gamified UI elements.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions focusing on scalability and performance.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of hands-on front-end/UI development experience.
  • Strong expertise in React and its ecosystem.
  • Proficiency with state management (Zustand) and TailwindCSS.
  • Understanding of real-time communication (WebSockets).
  • Familiarity with micro front-end architecture and low-code integrations.
  • Strong grasp of design patterns, code reviews, and scalable UI practices.
