What You'll Do

  • Design High-Performing Ad Creatives
  • Craft compelling visuals that align with performance marketing goals for Meta, Google, TikTok, and native ad platforms.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and media buyers to ensure messaging and visuals support direct-response outcomes.
  • Maintain brand consistency across multiple eCommerce brands and verticals.
  • Contribute to A/B testing ideas and analyze creative elements driving clicks and conversions.
  • Work in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment with multiple deliverables each week.

What We Need

  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in eCommerce design, with a portfolio showcasing high-performing static and GIF creatives.
  • A deep understanding of advertorial/listicle formats and visual storytelling principles.
  • Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects or similar motion/GIF tools.
  • Proven ability to design for mobile-first audiences.
  • Experience in direct-response marketing, particularly in paid social and display advertising.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
