Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to brainstorm and produce captivating artwork across various digital and print formats.
  • Execution: Take ownership of projects from concept to final output, demonstrating the ability to execute ideas efficiently and effectively.
  • Concept Development: Independently plan and develop creative concepts by analyzing industry trends and competitors, ensuring marketing goals and challenges are addressed.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while securing all necessary approvals for deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all design deliverables meet our quality standards and guidelines, providing feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Art, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of seasoned creative experience in an agency, startup setting, or as a consultant.
  • Skills: Proficient in online and print design tools such as Canva, Figma, and InVideo, as well as advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience with integrating AI into daily design work and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends.
