Strategic Performance Catalyst

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Performance Catalyst to drive forward our global strategy. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in executing performance and commercial excellence initiatives within a specific market vertical or geographical region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regional/Vertical Internal Field Steering Framework Implementation and Monitoring:
    • Deploy and adopt the IFS framework globally, ensuring consistent data collection and reporting for IFS metrics.
    • Collaborate with regional teams to utilize IFS metrics effectively for daily operations.
    • Analyze data and provide insights for localized improvements to senior leaders.
  • Performance Analysis and Local Operational Intervention:
    • Identify operational weaknesses and opportunities for improvement through performance data analysis.
    • Develop targeted strategies to address performance gaps.
    • Implement and track corrective actions with local leadership.
  • Commercial Performance Support and Compliance:
    • Conduct audits of customer contracts for compliance with commercial terms.
    • Assess risk related to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Highlight trends and concerns from performance reviews across accounts.
    • Protect commercial performance by collaborating with Sales, Solution Design, and Commercial Pricing teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Act as primary point of contact for regional stakeholders on performance and commercial excellence initiatives.
    • Prepare and present performance reports and dashboards for regional leadership.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in recruitment, operational excellence, business analysis, performance management, or a similar role within a global organization.
  • Demonstrated experience with KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify trends and propose solutions.
  • A solid understanding of commercial contracts, pricing structures, and their impact on business performance.
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders, including operational, sales, finance, and technical teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and supporting improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
