Job Opportunity:

  We are seeking a highly skilled Placement Coordinator to foster industry partnerships and drive student placement outcomes across South India.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a strong network of employer connections and the ability to deliver on placement targets, ensuring students gain valuable employment experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with employers across various sectors.
  • Organize and manage campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer engagement sessions.
  • Collaborate with Centre Heads and trainers to align student skills with market requirements.
  • Provide guidance to students on resume preparation, interview readiness, and professional etiquette.
  • Maintain accurate employer databases, track placement outcomes, and publish regular MIS reports.
  • Explore cross-sector placement opportunities to enhance student employability.
  • Ensure retention and feedback mechanisms to strengthen employer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
  • Graduate or MBA with 4-8 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or human resources.
  • Strong industry network in South India.
  • Open to candidates from HR/recruitment consulting or placement aggregator backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven with proven ability to meet placement commitments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/MIS reporting.
